'Star Mummy!' she said as we were painting today and listening for the 65millionth time to 'twinkle twinkle little star' (at least it's not lion & monkey I guess). This is what I finger painted for her. I went to art college. I can do creative. But this 3 foot critic voiced her opinion by rapidly bursting into tears 'No OTHER star!!'. Hmmm. I only know one. cture of mother & daughter bliss. Happily finger painting, getting messy but hey what the heck, we're having fun. I got that. For 5 minutes. Then the baby wanted in on it - I stopped to feed her and she did her best to join in by painting her face in her orange food.The food ended up in the paint, the paint ended up in the food. Toddler wanted a cuddle because I was feeding baby (every time). I got paint EVERYWHERE, the toddler was very careful not to touch anything. Rubbish mummy then gave up on this creative interlude to make a less creative lunch. Pasta. Again.

Hiya aww bless. I have a 3 year old and a 21 month old, its really hard finding stuff they can both do isn't it? Looking forward to when the youngest stops putting everything in his mouth and throwing everything lol
