What my daughter is mostly saying today

My toddler does love me, I'm fairly certain of that. She wants me in the small hours when she wakes with tummy ache (like last night,
several times) and she even says "lub you mummy" now and then (and I normally cry).

But I am seeking validation today since her favourite words are:

"No go away me alone!"

Not content with just go away she's merged in "leave me alone" too. Lovely.

Still she has just put my slippers on my feet and has given me the precious gift of an old piece of cheese from her pocket. So I guess I am quite special.

  3. I've had 'I love you' today and 'you're my best friend mummy' but I've also had 'I've had just about enough of you mummy'! I think you have to take the rough with the smooth.
