The Twits guide to the election & Little Film Club link live

I was going to write today about my 3.30am wake up call, trip to Paris, being called Mademoiselle by a fit young moto-taxi driver (cheap thrill), but well I've just done that in one sentence.

What I really want to talk about is the FANTASTICly good tweep up (for the uninitiated that means a chat on Twitter) during the Election Debate.  Here are some of my highlights:

RT @SingleDadsDiary: When does Simon Cowell come on? #leadersdebate

RT @itsamummyslife@BumblingTweets@frugalfamily Nick Clegg is losing in the suit stakes. Terribly shiny <

Can we vote with the red button? ;)#leadersdebate  @violetposey

RT @lolas_mum: Gordon has the sexiest voice. Fact #leadersdebate

So which one is Cheryl Cole mentoring?#leadersdebate /via @sookio >> genius!

RT @TheFarmersWife3: RT @violetposyRT @Carlhopkins#leadersdebate. Cameron furiously making notes... "Gordon Loves Nick 4eva... Pass i ...

All this double dip talk is making me want a sherbert dib dab. #leadersdebate

@vickysquires: Ironically, David Cameron looks exactly like Gordon from Thomas the Tank Engine #leadersdebate

And the winner from @wivesanddaughters

Think they need to liven it up cbeebies style...'show me show me your groovy moves' 'Oh Cameron you moved' #LeadersDebate

I love the fact we are a nation so used to being able to vote people off if we don't like them.  But sadly we couldn't last night.

For me the highlight was that Nick Clegg is actually a half decent politician, but someone really needs to sort out his styling.  That suit was way too big and shiny.  Perhaps Miriam needs to start fawning over him like the other First Wives.

It was interesting that Cameron has actually visited EVERY hospital in Great Britain, has spoken to EVERY man on the street and has a vested interest in EVERY state school.

And my what promises we had from Gordon.  Sale or return politics.  Don't like the police?  Get them fired.  Sick of lying politicians?  Have them sacked.  Oh yes Gordon was taking lessons from Sir Alan all right.

Now onto far more important things.

The Little Film Club.  Here's my contribution.  I was looking for an excuse to film my two girls together (like I need one), so I used the prompt Friends.  Oh yes I came up with the prompt.  What a coincidence.

Here you go.

Really looking forward to seeing yours, the link's here and will be up till Monday so get linking!

xx
