How to breast feed in public

It's a while since I breastfed but when I did one of my abiding memories of feeding whilst out and about was trying to cover my modesty whilst simultaneously holding a conversation with someone and getting the baby to latch on. I remember flashing at people on several occasions.  The problem I had was also that both my children were incredibly nosy and would be distracted so easily.  I tried many things but invariably ended up trying to plan my outdoor excursions around feeds. It was just easier.

You see I would really have loved to had one of these beautiful breastfeeding covers from Baby Bubu, a wonderful business started by a British mum called Ella.  She knows the issues we have breastfeeding in public and so she came up with some very pretty and practical solutions.

They come in a variety of contemporary prints or in classic block colours that can match any outfit.
